Job Description
- Design and Implement Hardware and/or software Solutions
- Configuration, installation, and maintenance of one or more of the following (Servers, storage, backup, Security, Business Applications)
- Enhance and configure Configuration/implementation that supports business requirements
- Provide 1st/2nd level of support to the customer
Job Requirements
- B.Sc in computer science or equivalent
- Hands-on experience
- Technical knowledge and certifications
- Ability to interface with the customer
- Working in IBM Products is a plus
